Q: What is the benefit of joining a program versus buying individual boxes?

A: All of the monthly membership programs include individual coaching and/or group sessions as part of the membership. If you're not sure if a program is right for you, schedule a free consultation.

 

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: To cancel your membership login into your account and cancel from your account screen or send an email Subject: CANCEL to info@happinesseverafter.com. There is no charge to cancel a membership . Cancellations should be submitted at least 10 days prior to your next billing date to ensure no additional monthly charges are incurred. 

Q: What happens if I need to cancel a session or I need to take a month off?

A: Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with a 24 hour notice. If you need to take some time off your program can be placed on hold and/or make-up sessions can be scheduled.

Q: What are your shipping speeds?
A: We offer free priority USPS shipping timing. For expedited shipping check rates at time of shipping. We process all orders within 3 business days of receipt of order.

Q: How do I track my package?

A: You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. You can track your shipment from the transportation provider from there.

Q: What's your cancellation/refund policy?

A: All monthly program mailers and happy box program sales are final. We issue refunds on all other orders for up to 30 days after purchase. Return shipping is to be paid by buyer. If you have feedback or issues, please let us know by emailing us at info@happinesseverafter.com.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes but it does not fall under free shipping and prices vary based on location. You must be aware of the laws and tariffs within each country you are shipping to. We recommend you track your order and provide all information to the recipient as they may need to pick up the package and pay tariffs on the goods (again, deemed by each country and unable to be paid for in advance from the USA).

Q: How do I become a product ambassador?

A: Email us at info@happinesseverafter.com with your social media handles and reason why you will make a good ambassador. Ambassadors receive discounted monthly program pricing and store discounts, a coupon code to share with their followers, and 10% of all sales using their code.
